1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services of Mr. Singh Lounge, operated by Masala Gold Ltd., you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Restaurant Services

Mr. Singh Lounge is a fully licensed Indian restaurant located at 112, Camden Road, Tunbridge Wells, Kent, England TN1 2QX. We provide dine-in, takeaway, and delivery services subject to availability and our operating hours (5:00 PM - 10:30 PM, 7 days a week).

3. Reservations and Bookings

Table reservations can be made through our online booking system or by phone. We reserve the right to hold tables for 15 minutes after the booked time. Late arrivals may result in the table being offered to other customers. Cancellations should be made at least 2 hours in advance.

4. Online Ordering

Online orders are processed through our third-party ordering platform. All orders are subject to availability and current menu prices. We reserve the right to modify or cancel orders due to unavailability of ingredients or other operational reasons. Delivery times are estimates and may vary.

5. Payment Terms

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express cards. All prices are in British Pounds (GBP) and include applicable taxes. Payment is required at the time of ordering for online orders and at the time of service for dine-in customers.

6. Food Safety and Allergies

While we take every precaution to prevent cross-contamination, our kitchen handles various ingredients including nuts, dairy, and gluten. Customers with food allergies or dietary restrictions should inform our staff before ordering. We cannot guarantee that our food is free from allergens.

7. Refunds and Complaints

We strive to provide excellent service and quality food. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours. Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Complaints should be addressed to our management team.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information collected during reservations, orders, or website usage is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

Mr. Singh Lounge and Masala Gold Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to food delivery delays, service interruptions, or personal injury.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
